BioWood Nordic UAB is one of the Baltic factories involved in the production of environmentally friendly wood pellets. The factory is located in Mažeikiai district in Lithuania. We produce 6 and 8 mm wood pellets without additives and supply them in 15 kg bags and 1 t big bags to households, companies and district heating plants in Lithuania, Latvia and Poland.
The company seeks to produce wood pellets with the least possible energy consumption. Therefore the factory was built using energy efficient process steps where the process of heat treatment uses heat recirculation and bioenergy.
